Your First Offer = Your First Freedom Play
Before you invest, learn how to make money consistently.
Hey Bestieee,
It’s Black History Month.
And while we celebrate legacy, we’re also out here building ours.
Let’s talk about wealth building from the very beginning.
Not with stocks.
Not with real estate.
But with your first offer - the one that funds your vision.
Too many of us are sitting on million dollar ideas..
Waiting for the website, the LLC,
or the damn confidence to just start!!
But let me say this very clear:
💡 You don’t need a logo, a perfect brand, or a full website to make your first $1,000.
You need an offer that solves a real problem.
And you need to sell it.
Before you build it.
Before you overthink it.
Before you talk yourself out of it.
I want you to know that your money moves when there is clarity.
This Is Exactly How I Started
Before I raised $$, bought my biggest asset, or co led Capital Conversations…
I had to learn how to make money consistently.
For me, that started with monetizing what I already knew.
This week is your reminder that before you invest…
💡 You have to create income.
And the easiest way to do that?
Sell what solves a problem.
The High Income Skillset Checklist 🧠
These are the skills that compound.
The ones that pay you once…
Then again.
And again.
✅ Real Estate Agent - Match people to properties and get paid.
✅ Wholesaler - Flip the paper, not the property.
✅ Capital Raiser - Help others fund their deals and earn a percentage.
✅ Airbnb Co-Host - Manage the guest experience for hands-off hosts.
✅ Service Provider - Design, marketing, branding, admin? All billable skills.
✅ Business Consultant - If you’ve done it, you can teach it.
✅ Digital Products - Take what you know, turn it into a PDF, and sell it 24/7.
✅ Community Leader - Create spaces people want to be part of (events, memberships, chats).
✅ Broker the Play - Connect people who need funding, lenders, contractors, investors… and take a fee.
And YES connecting people is an offer too!!
I mentioned this last week but the simplest thing could change your trajectory.
If you know someone who needs a lender, an investor, a contractor, or a deal you can get paid to be the bridge.
That’s what legacy builders have always done.

Just look at A’Lelia Walker, the daughter of Madam C.J. Walker.
She wasn’t just the heiress of her mother’s empire. She’s was LITERALLY the original connector.
She built spaces where Black creatives, entrepreneurs, and visionaries came together.
She hosted salons in Harlem that sparked cultural movements.
Andddd she understood the power of bringing the right people into the right rooms.
You don’t always have to be the one doing the deal.
Sometimes your gift is in curating the space, making the intro, or putting the play together.
That’s what wealth in motion looks like.
And if you’re reading this you can do this too.
Your Action Plan This Week 🎯
✅ Ask: What urgent problem can I help solve right now?
✅ Don’t overbuild. Sell it first. Validate your idea through conversations.
✅ Post your offer clearly - DM, email list, community chats.
✅ Got no offer yet? Choose one skill above, test it, and sell it this month.
This doesn’t need to be perfect.
It just needs to solve something and move someone.

→ How to sell with confidence
→ Why undercharging is the real scam
It’s Black History Month, bestie.
Let’s honor the past by building the future in the present.
The time to move is now.

P.S. If this letter gave you clarity, send it to someone else who needs to finally make their first dollar without the overwhelm.
Legacy doesn’t start with capital. It starts with courage.
