You Don’t Scale a Business. You Scale a Human.

Turns out, the hardest thing to scale is yourself.

Running multiple businesses taught me something I wish I’d learned sooner

Growth isn’t about more clients, more systems, or more hours. It’s about becoming the kind of person who can handle growth. Not everyone can do that.

Benjamin Hardy’s ideas in The Science of Scaling hit me right hard, y’all.

That’s why I loved this book. It teaches that you don’t scale a business. You scale a human. And if you don’t grow, nothing else truly does.

It’s so easy to chase productivity and call it progress.

But lately I’ve been asking myself: am I becoming the person who can handle all of this? Am I a good partner? Every new thing tests me as a leader.

So, now I spend less time doing more, and more time becoming better

At least I’m trying to do that, anyway. That’s half the battle.
