Pressure makes performance

let’s have a heart to heart bestie

Capital Conversations Family,

As the year comes to a close and we step into a new one, I wanted to pause and speak from the heart.

2025 tested me, and our team, in ways I’ve never experienced before.

We found ourselves deep in the trenches.

Trenches that took 6–8 months of relentless work, problem-solving, and pressure to navigate. No shortcuts. No overnight wins. Just consistency, resilience, and a team that refused to quit.

And we conquered it.

When I say this was my hardest year in business, I mean it. I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2017; buying and selling franchises long before real estate, but this year hit different. Every challenge under the sun seemed to line up back to back.

Personal. Professional. Emotional.

There were days I wanted to cry.

Days I wanted to quit and move on.

Days I questioned if it was worth it.

But every morning, I reminded myself: to keep showing up.

Capital goes where character grows.

I chose not to let my emotions conquer me. I mean the finest things in lives undergo immense pressure; gold and diamonds 😎.

When people believe in you, when they pour into you, trust you, and give you opportunities; you don’t get to walk away. You owe it to them. And more importantly, you owe it to yourself.

I chose this crazy dream of building a woman-built empire, and I committed to it. You don’t stop when it gets hard.

You look back at the younger version of you and say:

This is what making it looks like. Embrace it my girl 💕

As we enter the new year, I’m not big on resolutions.

But I am big on intention.

I’m asking each of you to commit to three things you will do for yourself weekly.

Not for your business. Not for your family. Not for everyone else.

For you.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped pouring into myself first. I woke up on “go” every day because the business demanded it.

Remember, Capital goes where character grows. See the part of building yourself & expanding your capacity no one talks about is “it really is within you”. It’s the small choices, everyday.

If this year stretched you, challenged you, or reshaped you, know that you’re not alone

Growth rarely feels graceful while it’s happening but it always leaves evidence.

Thank you for being part of this community.

Thank you for trusting the process, the vision, and the long game.

Here’s to resilience, discipline, and becoming who we are destined to be.

God doesn’t choose everybody—but I know He’s chosen me and my team. Cheers to 2026 💫

With humbleness and gratitude,

Anan
