SPY tracks the S&P 500; basically the heartbeat of U.S. stocks.

Here’s what I’m seeing:

• But expensive doesn’t mean “don’t invest.” It means invest intelligently

• Think of SPY as the foundation, not the whole house

I like using SPY as a steady long, term base, while my active money plays somewhere I have leverage: business, real estate, private credit.

How I’m Thinking About It

Opportunities:

• When the stock market cools down, cash-flow assets look sexier: franchises, rentals, private credit

• This is a season to buy cash flow. Not clout

Risks:

• If earnings slow down, SPY can pull back hard
