The Event That Made Me Stay in Atlanta
I almost left ATL... then this happened

Hey Bestieee,
It’s been almost two months since I hosted my Brunch Babez event…
I still get chills thinking about it.

Not just because of how beautiful it was (and trust me, it was a vibe)
but because of the sisterhood, alignment, and clarity that came from it.
I Almost Left Atlanta
I’ve publicly talked about this in the past on instagram but I was going through it in ATL.
Right before Brunch Babez, I was seriously considering moving back to Cali.

Sometimes I would think about moving to NYC or Miami..
I also considered just taking a year off and be a nomad.
Not because I don’t love Atlanta but because I was spiraling here.
I felt disconnected.
I had a lot of negative memories created here.
I missed the solid community I had back home.
I felt like I was grinding in isolation.
I experienced the most betrayal in my entire life from the people I met here.
I constantly was questioning if this city was still “for me.”
But one day my friend Wayne told me to stop letting people who should’ve never been in my eco system affect my perception of what good I have built and the things that have been accomplished here.
He said find a hobby, get out the house, go on a date, make real friends, find passion again, and most importantly, do NOT to let a couple bad seeds ruin a good city for me.
So instead of packing up…
I created the thing I was missing
I said:
“If I’m craving sisterhood, connection, and community..
then maybe I need to build the damn room myself.”
So I did. Oh and I made it FREE.
Brunch Babez Came to Life in Under 3 Weeks

What started as a random “what if” thought became a full blown, intimate, invite only, luxe experience… in under 3 weeks.
(Yes. THREE.)
To top it off I had 1437+ girlies submitted to join the waitlist for this brunch.
Do you understand how that felt for me?
To be in a spiraling moment and see that much love + support off a IG story alone??
Like OK Britt Brat, people love you, but you just have been around the wrong people.
IMMEDIATELY MADE IT A MISSION TO MAKE THIS EVENT THE BEST IT COULD BE.
It was one of the most powerful things I’ve done. From vision to execution.
And it couldn’t have happened without a village.
First, my incredible venue partner:
Four Seasons Atlanta - thank you for providing the luxury setting that made this feel like the experience I always dreamed of.

Huge love to my event sponsors:
Melanie Mayer - for trusting the vision & being my real estate mom since day 1 🫶🏼
Alliant Title Company - for supporting with intention + always having our properties insurance at closing covered with ease.
Realty of America (ROA) - My newest partnership I am so excited about because I finally have support to help change thousands of peoples lives and hopefully make several 6 + 7 figure earners. If you ever wanted to know HOW you can work with me the time to connect with me is now (fill out form)
Thank you for believing in this event when it was just a spark in my head.
Don’t forget our gifting partners who helped us spoil our attendees:
🎁 Vio2 and Vie Beauty - I LOVE YALL for filling our thank you bags with magic.
And of course… my design + branding dream team
Y’all (Dave + Jo) were up at 5am some nights getting everything just right.
Thank you Leilani my baby CEO (Chief EVERYTHING Officer) for being the creative you are and just down for whatever idea im pitching to you. From making flower arrangements at 2am to driving me around town to get everything prepared for the event.
She literally helps me in so many ways daily. She's been with me since Bell Acquisitions started as just an idea. She was my first “employee” even when I only had $50 per house to pay her to take pictures of them for me.
Moral of the story, trust the vision the money will eventually come!!
So YES…
Every event detail.
Every sign, digital asset, playlist, email.
Everything was curated with love and intention.

This is what building a business and a community looks like in real time.
That’s what real execution looks like.
More Than Brunch
Brunch Babez wasn’t just cute aesthetics and good food.

It was:
Open conversations
Intentional networking (I call it connections)
Shared lessons + strategy
Real alignment
Raw vulnerability (literal tears)
Sisterhood (what I needed + craved the most)
I saw women walk in unsure, and leave with full hearts and new connections.
And I walked away feeling grounded in why I’m here I found confidence and clarity.
This wasn’t just an event..
It was a reminder that everything I’m building matters.
What’s Next?
If you missed Brunch Babez, don’t worry
(I know this letter probably gave some FOMO lol)

We’re doing it again. It’s coming back SOON. Bigger. Better. Deeper.
And YESSS fellas, I heard you loud and clear 😂
Brunch Bros might need to enter the chat.
Something special is already cooking where..
We ALL can come together…
→ Brainstorm
→ Connect & Collaborate
→ Founders, Investors, Creatives
And hopefully make million dollar plays TOGETHER.
My Takeaway for You
If you’ve ever felt like you were lost, don’t belong…
Or like your community doesn’t exist yet…
BUILD IT.
Start messy.
Start scared.
Start now.

Because sometimes your purpose is hiding behind your doubt.
Your next breakthrough might be waiting on the other side of a brunch table.
If you came to Brunch Babez - thank you.
If you helped make it happen - I love you.
If you’re reading this thinking, “Next time, I’m there,” - you will be.
Ok, now I’m crying behind this letter today but I really hope this inspires you.
Let’s keep building legacy besties.
Brittany Bell,
Your investor bestie who stayed in ATL to build something real 🥂💕
