God is Already There

I struggle knowing how everything I hold dear in my life is held together by complete chaos most of the time

Working 40-50 hours at The American Institutes for Research, often traveling, helping states stay in compliance with federal grants. (It’s more fun than it sounds, trust me).😉

Simultaneously, I help manage multiple businesses, prioritize networking, host strategy zooms, analyze deals, deploy capital, curate events, source business acquisitions, and build AI systems in my sleep. (Sleep, is that a thing?)

It’s nothing short of a miracle that I can go from one Christmas to the next; and yet, here I am. 

In retrospect, I’m in awe of how much was accomplished this year, even right up to the very end!

Even though every inch of success was fiercely fought for, I’m so very grateful for it!

Yet still, this time of year brings up memories. Some are wonderful, and some come with a deep pang of grief for people I miss, like my dad, no longer here.

With that sentiment in mind, I have a Christmas message directly for you:

I hope life is treating you gently right now, and if it isn’t, nothing is permanent. 

Let’s remember that the love we show each other can outrun grief, sadness, loneliness, or fear. 

The courage we display when we articulate our own vulnerabilities, makes everyone else feel like they belong, and heals us in the process. Let people in. 🥹

God is here in this season. He is with you. He is with us. He is why we have gotten through this year. 

Tiny miracles, every day. 🙏🏼
